That's so true. She was nominated for a great number of her film, though. That's one problem with the Academy Awards - your chances of winning/losing really depend on the other pictures and performances of that year. If you could pick one you wish she'd won for, what would it be?
I love Katharine in all of these movies, but The Lion In Winter is hysterical. Long live comical Kate.
I'm so glad to see that LIW is so popular! It does have a decidedly witty dialogue. The popularity can probably also be attributed to the fact that Katharine Hepburn is practically a latter-day Eleanor of Aquitaine. She did her research too! Wow!
